Right of withdrawal for consumers<\/h2>\n

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.<\/p>\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.<\/p>\n

If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order that are delivered separately, the period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.<\/p>\n

by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.<\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\n

Consequences of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.<\/p>\n

For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.<\/p>\n

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.<\/p>\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.<\/p>\n

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, you shall also bear the direct cost of the return; this cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately 800 euros.<\/p>\n

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary to inspect their condition, properties and functioning.<\/p>\n

Exclusion and premature expiry of the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is based on an individual selection or determination by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. This applies in particular to custom-made products and customer-specifically designed systems.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.<\/p>\n
