Your statutory rights in respect of defects exist independently of this guarantee and are neither restricted nor affected by it.<\/p>\n

We keep spare and wear parts (e.g. crucibles, ceramic jackets, induction coils) in stock or obtainable for at least 5 years from purchase. We offer repairs through our service.<\/p>\n
