The guarantee covers the free rectification of material and workmanship defects, at our option by repair or replacement. To make a claim it is sufficient to send a notification in text form within the guarantee period to marktplatz@dexdo-online.de<\/a>. Your statutory rights in respect of defects exist independently of this guarantee and are neither restricted nor affected by it.<\/p>\n

We keep spare and wear parts (e.g. crucibles, ceramic jackets, induction coils) in stock or obtainable for at least 5 years from purchase. We offer repairs through our service.<\/p>\n
