The gold bar machine is suitable for casting 1 kg gold or silver bars. For melting limply place the matching graphite mold into the melting chamber. In the subsequent melting and cooling process, vacuum and protective gas are present to prevent oxidation of the metal and graphite ingot. As Argon or nitrogen can be used as protective gas.

Statutory warranty, guarantee and spare parts

The statutory rights in respect of defects apply. For consumers the limitation period is two years from delivery of the goods; for business customers, section 9 of our Terms and Conditions.

In addition to the statutory warranty, DEXDO GmbH, Winchester Straße 2, 35394 Gießen, Germany, grants a guarantee of 12 months from delivery on this device. The guarantee covers the free rectification of material and workmanship defects, at our option by repair or replacement. To make a claim it is sufficient to send a notification in text form within the guarantee period to marktplatz@dexdo-online.de. Your statutory rights in respect of defects exist independently of this guarantee and are neither restricted nor affected by it.

We keep spare and wear parts (e.g. crucibles, ceramic jackets, induction coils) in stock or obtainable for at least 5 years from purchase. We offer repairs through our service.

For the digital elements of this product (control software/firmware) we provide the necessary updates for at least two years from delivery.
