Jewelry 3D scanner, fully automatic high-performance 3D scanner

Field of application:

The fully automatic high-performance scanner combines the latest 3D scanning technology with efficiency and maximum precision. It is perfect for digitizing your gemstones, jewelry pieces and other small objects that need to be captured in three dimensions.

How it works:

The model is positioned relative to the cameras via two rotary axes that move independently of each other and capture all surface details of the object. Using structured light projection and two high-resolution cameras, the LightEYE² scanner generates a point cloud (measurement points) of your object, which is then converted into an STL file in the next step using the supplied software. Measurement precision is below 50µ.

Speed:

Another advantage is speed. A gemstone is scanned fully automatically within 30 – 40 seconds. If some areas have not yet been captured, you can manually add further scan angles at any time. This is particularly interesting when jewelry pieces with many surface details need to be scanned.

 
Software:

The powerful software generates a three-dimensional model from the measurement points, which is output as an STL file. The STL can then be mirrored or scaled as desired. Load the STL into your 3D design software for further editing.

Compatibility:
The basic requirement for operating the 3D scanner is a PC running a Windows operating system from Win7 (64 bit) and an NVIDIA graphics card with at least 2GB of memory. Other operating systems and graphics card manufacturers are not supported!

Statutory warranty, guarantee and spare parts

The statutory rights in respect of defects apply. For consumers the limitation period is two years from delivery of the goods; for business customers, section 9 of our Terms and Conditions.

In addition to the statutory warranty, DEXDO GmbH, Winchester Straße 2, 35394 Gießen, Germany, grants a guarantee of 12 months from delivery on this device. The guarantee covers the free rectification of material and workmanship defects, at our option by repair or replacement. To make a claim it is sufficient to send a notification in text form within the guarantee period to marktplatz@dexdo-online.de. Your statutory rights in respect of defects exist independently of this guarantee and are neither restricted nor affected by it.

We keep spare and wear parts (e.g. crucibles, ceramic jackets, induction coils) in stock or obtainable for at least 5 years from purchase. We offer repairs through our service.

For the digital elements of this product (control software/firmware) we provide the necessary updates for at least two years from delivery.
